Drip-Feed Explained: Pacing Delivery So Growth Looks Natural

Drip-feed is the single most underused setting on most panels, and it is the one that most affects whether growth reads as natural.

What is drip-feed on an SMM panel?

Drip-feed splits one order into several smaller deliveries spread over time. Instead of 5,000 views landing at once, you might set 10 runs of 500 with an hour between each — the same total, delivered across ten hours.

How does drip-feed work?

You set three values: the quantity per run, the number of runs, and the interval between them. The panel places each run automatically at the scheduled time. Your total cost is quantity per run multiplied by the number of runs.

When should I use drip-feed instead of instant delivery?

Use drip-feed when the growth curve matters — new accounts, posts you want to keep climbing over a day, or any profile where a vertical spike would look out of place. Use instant delivery when timing matters more than shape, such as pushing a post during a live moment.

What interval should I choose?

Match the interval to the content's natural lifespan. A post that earns attention for a day suits short intervals across that day; a profile you are building steadily suits longer gaps over a week. There is no universally correct number — the goal is that the curve resembles the account's own normal growth.

Does drip-feed cost more?

No. You pay the same per-1,000 rate; you are only changing the schedule. What changes is how the delivery looks to anyone reading the account, including the platform.

Can I stop a drip-feed order?

Drip-feed orders can be paused and resumed from your dashboard. Completed runs are not reversible — pausing stops future runs only, and you are not charged for runs that never went out.
