⚠️ All services depend on social media platforms, and removals may occur at any time. We do not provide guarantees on stability, refill, or replacement for any order. By placing an order, you agree to proceed entirely at your own risk.

This Service Policy outlines how EthicalSMM (ethicalsmm.com) provides and manages its social media marketing (SMM) services. By using our panel, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Nature of Services

EthicalSMM acts solely as a reseller of third-party SMM services. We do not create or control these services.
Services include, but are not limited to, followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics across social media platforms.
All services are intended for promotional purposes only.

2. Availability & Delivery

We strive to provide fast and reliable delivery; however, timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Service delivery depends on third-party providers and social media platforms, which may cause delays or interruptions.
Once an order has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Limitations and Restrictions

Delivery Times: EthicalSMM does not guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We provide our best estimations, but these are subject to change. Use our services at your own risk if you require time-sensitive results. We are not responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or bans due to delayed delivery.
Order Details: Always read the service description before placing an order. Ensure that your follower, like, and view counters are visible, and that accounts are public.
Multiple Orders: Do not place two orders simultaneously for the same link. Wait for the first order to be completed before placing another.
Incorrect Information: Orders placed with incorrect links or details will not be refunded. Place orders carefully.
Order Completeness: Our services operate on a "start count + quantity = final quantity" basis. For Instagram followers, use the full profile URL, not just the username. For likes on posts, use the specific post link only.
Account Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or edited after being placed, except in cases of order issues. Make sure you place the correct order initially.
Private Accounts: If your account is switched to private or a post/video is deleted after placing an order, the order will be marked as canceled.
Prohibited Content: We will not process orders for accounts promoting pornography, political extremism, or any content that stirs public opinion.
User Behavior: We reserve the right to suspend accounts for attempts to manipulate adding funds or for abusive behavior toward our support team.
Service Descriptions and Quality: Descriptions and times provided are estimates and may vary. Quality fluctuations may occur. We advise testing services with smaller orders before placing large ones.

4. Refill Policy

✅ Eligibility for Refill

Refills are based on order ID, not links. If a link becomes inactive, the refill cannot be processed.
Refills follow the principle: Start Count + Order Quantity = End Count.
Example: If your start count is 1,000 and you ordered 1,000 followers, refills apply if the count drops below 2,000.
Refill requests may be rejected if the drop is more than 50% of the order quantity.
Refills are processed within 24–72 hours, though some services (especially low-cost ones) may take up to a week.
To be eligible for a refill, the order must be made exclusively through our panel.
Large accounts (100K+ followers) that order small quantities (e.g., 5K) are not eligible for refills on old followers.
Accounts with over 1M followers must order at least 200K to qualify for refills. For best results, order 20% or more of your current follower count.
If the service is stopped by the provider, refills will not be provided under any circumstances.

❌ Refill Not Provided If:

You change the username or make the account private after placing the order.
The refill period has expired.
The link is inactive.
The order is not made from our panel or mixed with third-party services.
You request a refill for followers that pre-date the order.
Unlimited refills are no longer provided.
We offer refills only up to 100% of the order quantity.
