1. General Usage

• You agree to use our website only in ways that comply with the individual Terms of Service of social media platforms.
• Our rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. These terms remain in effect regardless of rate changes.
• We do not guarantee delivery times for any services. We provide our best estimates for delivery, but these are approximations. Orders that are processing will not be refunded based on perceived delays.
• We strive to deliver exactly as expected; however, we reserve the right to modify a service type if necessary to complete an order.

2. Agreement

By registering or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. EthicalSMM will not be held liable for any loss to users who have not read the Terms of Service.

• EthicalSMM’s SMM Panel is intended solely to promote your social media accounts on platforms like Telegram, Twitter, and TikTok to help boost your online "appearance."
• You are not obligated to add funds or place orders on our platform.
• Our services will not interact with your posts or videos, nor do we guarantee that your new followers will engage with you. We only guarantee that you will receive the followers you pay for.
• We do not guarantee that every account will have a profile picture, full bio, or uploaded pictures, though we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
• You agree not to upload content that includes nudity or material inappropriate for the social media community.

3. Limitations and Restrictions

• Delivery Times: EthicalSMM does not guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We provide our best estimations, but these are subject to change. Use our services at your own risk if you require time-sensitive results. We are not responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or bans due to delayed delivery.
• Order Details: Always read the service description before placing an order. Ensure that your follower, like, and view counters are visible, and that accounts are public.
• Multiple Orders: Do not place two orders simultaneously for the same link. Wait for the first order to be completed before placing another.
• Incorrect Information: Orders placed with incorrect links or details will not be refunded. Place orders carefully.
• Order Completeness: Our services operate on a "start count + quantity = final quantity" basis.
  • For Instagram followers, use the full profile URL, not just the username.
  • For likes on posts, use the specific post link only.
• Account Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or edited after being placed, except in cases of order issues. Make sure you place the correct order initially.
• Private Accounts: If your account is switched to private or a post/video is deleted after placing an order, the order will be marked as canceled.
• Prohibited Content: We will not process orders for accounts promoting pornography, political extremism, or any content that stirs public opinion.
• User Behavior: We reserve the right to suspend accounts for attempts to manipulate adding funds or for abusive behavior toward our support team.
• Service Descriptions and Quality: Descriptions and times provided are estimates and may vary. Quality fluctuations may occur. We advise testing services with smaller orders before placing large ones.

4. Refill Policy

• Account Changes: No refills will be provided if you change the username or make the account private after placing an order.
• Order-Based Refills: Refills apply only to order IDs, not links. If the link becomes inactive for an order, we cannot refill.
• Refill Timing: Refill periods typically range from 24-72 hours.
  • Refills follow a "start count + order quantity = end count" principle. For example, if your start count is 1,000 and you ordered 1,000 followers, refills apply if the count drops below 2,000. Refill requests may be rejected if the drop is less than 5%.
• Order Conditions: Large follower accounts (e.g., 100K) that order smaller quantities (e.g., 10K) are not eligible for refills on older followers. Ensure orders come exclusively from our panel for refill eligibility.
• Large Accounts: Accounts with more than 1M followers must order over 200K to qualify for refills. For these accounts, we recommend ordering at least 20% of the existing follower base.
• Category Differences: Refills for low-cost services may take up to a week. For faster refills, consider using our non-drop services.

5. Order Status Definitions

• Partially Completed: If an order is partially completed, the remaining quantity is refunded. For example, if you ordered 1,000 and only 500 were delivered, 50% of the payment is refunded.
• Speed: We cannot modify the speed of an order once placed. Orders will complete based on the estimated time provided. Check the average time before placing an order.
• Cancelled: A canceled order is fully refunded. Cancellation requests for active orders may be possible for some services, but not for fast-delivery services.
